The double-layer corrugated inner layer has a buffering and heat insulation effect, which can prevent the hot freshly-baked burgers from being too hot to handle. When stacked for delivery, it can also buffer and reduce the pressure, preventing the bread from being deformed.

Product details

The outer layer is made of colored printed corrugated paper, and the inner layer is made of raw cow cardstock. They are combined to form a structure with a hollow middle layer that serves as a heat insulation layer. When holding a freshly cooked hot hamburger, your hands won't get too hot. When multiple layers of takeout food are stacked, the corrugated structure absorbs the compression and impact forces, reducing the problems of bread flattening and filling leakage from the source. A single-layer paper box does not have this buffering performance.

Standardized blue and white striped ready-made style, with a simple and retro dining style. It can distinguish itself from ordinary plain-colored packaging boxes on the street without the need for additional customization. The printing uses single-sided water-based ink on the outer layer, and the inner wall is pure kraft paper without any printing layer. There is no safety hazard when the sauce and hot food come into direct contact.

The lid of the box is equipped with regular ventilation holes. When packing and heating the hamburger, these holes can quickly discharge the internal steam, preventing the bread from becoming overly moist and soft due to prolonged exposure to moisture. The holes have been precisely sized and calibrated to ensure no vegetable scraps or salad sauce leaks out. They also balance the functions of heat dissipation and sealing against dust.

The sides of the box are raised with barriers to catch any spilled cheese sauce or meat pie juice. The integrated folding edges on all four sides are heat-pressed to form a stable shape. After being opened and closed repeatedly ten times, they still remain tightly closed and will not automatically spread out and leak even during long-distance jolting deliveries or when stacked multiple layers high.

The inner layer does not undergo film coating treatment. It relies on the original kraft paper fiber structure to resist the penetration of a small amount of oil. It is lightweight and free of plastic film coating. After disposal, it can be directly fully recycled. It is sufficient for daily use to hold low-oil burgers. For the juicy and burstable version, the food oil prevention coating process can be upgraded as needed.
