1. Triangular Structure Fit and Loading Test

2. PET Window Fit and Durability Test

5. Food Safety Sampling Inspection

The inner wall has no printing layer, and there are no safety concerns when directly serving raw food, fruit and vegetable juices, and sandwich fillings. A complete SGS test report can be issued.

6. Durability Test for Storage and Moisture Resistance

Place the sheet material flat and store it in a 70% humidity warehouse for 30 days. The cardboard should not become soft, and the shaping force of the creases should not change. After assembly, the snap tongue should still be firm, and there should be no problems such as loose locking due to moisture or spillage during transportation.

1. Loading Compatibility Restrictions

Our Triangle Sandwich Takeaway Box is only suitable for standard sliced triangular sandwiches. It is not suitable for multi-layer thick square toast or large salad platters. Do not force the thick toast into the box as it may expand the latch gap and cause sauce leakage or ingredient spillage.

2. Microwave Heating Operating Specifications

If you need to reheat the sandwich, you must remove the PET window film on the front of the box. The plastic film cannot be heated by high-temperature microwave. The paper body of the box can be heated briefly at a low temperature to avoid long-term high-temperature baking that causes the paperboard to soften.

3. Storage and Placement Requirements

The sheet materials should be stacked on a raised platform away from damp walls and condensate pipes. During the rainy season in the south, it is recommended to seal the entire box with a moisture-proof film to prevent the paperboard from absorbing moisture and softening, and the latch from losing its tightness.

4. Display and Light Protection

The shelves with printed patterns should be placed away from the long-term direct sunlight in the display window. Ultraviolet rays will accelerate the fading of the outer ink and the aging of the coating, affecting the appearance of the packaging.

5. Single-Use Specifications

This product is a disposable food container. After filling with sauce or oil, it cannot be thoroughly cleaned and cannot be reused. After use, it should be thrown into the paper recyclable category.
