They are formed as a single piece through a heat-pressing composite process. It is also accompanied by a hard PET transparent cover that fits tightly and does not fall off, completely enclosing the food without spilling any ingredients.

Our Cardboard Sandwich Box has passed SGS testing and complies with FDA food contact standards. The original kraft paper contains no fluorescent whitening agents or recycled waste materials. The ink is only printed on the outer layer of the box. Food for raw consumption, room-temperature baking, and microwave heating can be directly contained. No harmful substances will be released.
The inner wall has a heat-synthesized oil-resistant layer. Salad sauce, mayonnaise, and fruit juice will not penetrate the paper surface even after standing still for 4 hours, and there will be no problem of the bottom of the box becoming soft or leakage and dirtying the takeout bag; the paper body will not easily separate or be damaged when exposed to clean water for a short period of time.
Stable tolerance - from -20℃ refrigeration to 120℃ microwave short-time heating range. Cold storage of rice balls and cold sandwiches will not crack; it can be directly placed in the microwave for short-time reheating without the need to replace the container.
The heat-pressed integrated folding edge process provides sufficient support for the side edges of the box. Even when filled with multi-layer thick-cut sandwiches stacked for delivery, it will not collapse inward. The bottom can stably bear a load of 1.6L water weight, and it will not deform during long-distance delivery with stacking.
The high-transparency PET cover has no foggy or blurry flaws. Customers can clearly see the internal ingredients without opening the cover, enhancing the store display appeal; the cover is designed to fit the slot, and it will not loosen or shift even during riding bumps or multi-layer stacking.
The kraft paper base material can be fully recycled and degraded. The PET cover can be classified for recycling. There is no non-degradable composite layer. It complies with the plastic restriction policies of both domestic and overseas catering industries, and there will be no obstacles for environmental audits in markets, supermarkets, export customs clearance.
