Greaseproof paper is a dense, non-porous packaging material engineered to resist oil, fat, and moisture penetration. Unlike standard paper, it undergoes a refining process that breaks down cellulose fibers and creates a tight, closed structure. This barrier allows food service businesses, bakeries, delis, and home cooks to wrap fried foods, buttery pastries, and oily snacks without leaks or soggy packaging. Qingchen supplies food-grade greaseproof paper in custom sizes, weights, and finishes for commercial kitchens, food trucks, and retail food brands. Our Greaseproof Paper series includes products such as Food Wax Paper Sheets and Greaseproof Deli Liner Paper, etc.
Qingchen supplies greaseproof paper in roll and sheet formats according to your filling line or manual wrapping station. Rolls are wound on 76 mm or 152 mm cores and wrapped in polyethylene film to prevent moisture damage. Sheets are stacked in reams of 500 or 1000, then packed in export cartons with corner protectors. Palletization uses standard 1200 x 1000 mm pallets with a maximum load height of 1.8 meters unless otherwise requested. Each carton is marked with model code, grammage, sheet size, roll length, and lot number for full traceability.
For overseas shipping, Qingchen offers FOB, CIF, and DDP terms from major Chinese ports including Qingdao, Shanghai, and Ningbo. Standard production lead time is 10–15 working days for plain paper and 15–20 working days for printed orders. Urgent orders can be arranged for stock sizes, subject to availability.
Every batch of Qingchen greaseproof paper passes through inline inspection and laboratory testing before release. Key checks include grammage tolerance, moisture content, grease kit rating, tensile strength, tear resistance, and surface smoothness. Random samples are heat-tested in a laboratory oven and checked for color change, brittleness, and release performance. For printed paper, color density and registration are verified against approved proofs. This process keeps rejection rates below 0.3% and ensures consistent performance from first sheet to last.
Qingchen sources wood pulp from responsibly managed forests and participates in FSC chain-of-custody certification for selected grades. The manufacturing process recovers process water and reuses fiber waste to reduce landfill volume. No chlorine bleaching is used for natural brown grades, and elemental chlorine-free bleaching is used for white grades. This approach lowers environmental impact while maintaining clean, food-safe surfaces.
To request a quotation, provide the required grammage, roll width or sheet size, coating preference, printing design files, and estimated monthly quantity. Qingchen will respond with a detailed offer including unit price, packaging method, lead time, and shipping options. Free samples of standard grades are available for initial evaluation. Custom printed proofs and die-cut samples may involve a small setup fee, which is deducted from the first bulk order.
