1. Layered stacking pressure resistance and durability test

Load the entire box of sushi, with multiple ingredients stacked four layers, and let it stand for 24 hours. The thickened cardboard box body has no dents, and the side walls do not compress inward. The sushi rolls and salmon sashimi do not experience compression or deformation; while for the ordinary thin compartmentalized paper box, after the same stacking for 12 hours, the side walls collapse inward, and the ingredients are crushed and the fish roe is scattered.

2. Test of sauce cup positioning to prevent tipping

The inner sauce slot of the box precisely matches the regular disposable small soy sauce cup. When filled with liquid and tilted at 45 degrees for 1 hour, the sauce cup does not tip over or leak, and it does not contaminate the sushi or baked pastries; without an exclusive positioning, the general meal box is prone to tipping over and spilling the sauce during transportation, resulting in the entire box of food being ruined.

3. Adaptability test to high and low temperature environments

Tested in a -18℃ refrigeration environment for 12 hours and a 80℃ normal temperature hot food environment for 2 hours in a cycle. The cardboard has no cracking, the film does not curl up, the red paper lining does not have color bleeding or staining, and no harmful substances are released when holding raw food, baked pastries, or other food items.

4. Waterproof and oil-resistant wiping test

The outer surface of the box has a matte coating. When splashed with water or a small amount of salad oil, the dry cloth wiping leaves no residue, and the pattern does not wear off. Without a coated paper box, oil stains will permanently darken the box, and the store's repeated display has a poor visual effect.

5. Durability test of opening and locking mechanisms

For the floor and ceiling cover model, it was repeatedly opened and closed 60 times, and there were no creases or fractures on the edge of the box cover； for the flip cover with a window, it was continuously opened and closed 50 times, and the edge toughness did not change, the PET window bonding area had no glue detachment, and it was not easy to wear out with long-term high-frequency packaging use.

6. Food contact safety sampling test

For each batch of finished products, samples of the inner lining, cardboard, and ink layer were randomly selected for testing. The three indicators of fluorescent agents, heavy metals, and transferable inks all met the standards. A SGS report can be provided. Raw food sushi and baked desserts can be directly packaged in compliance.
