Manufacturing Process

The Cone Fries Paper Packaging Box materials used are compliant food-grade kraft paper. They are first subjected to an anti-oil coating composite treatment. After passing the quality inspection to confirm the anti-oil effect and material safety, they proceed to the fully automatic die-cutting process. The pre-set mold patterns are precisely cut and creases are pressed out. Subsequently, surface printing, UV coating, laminating, and embossing and other customized processing techniques are carried out. The precision of the mold pattern, the firmness of the ink, and the anti-oil performance are re-inspected. Defective products are eliminated. Finally, they are packed and shipped in a flat stacking manner. The entire production process is completed in a dust-free food packaging workshop to ensure product hygiene compliance and uniform mold patterns.

Performance testing

1.Oil-proof and moisture-proof test: After the food containing sauce and oil is fried and left to stand for 72 hours, there is no leakage or softening deformation at the bottom, and the oil-proof layer does not fall off or migrate.

2.Structural load-bearing test: After filling with french fries and holding it for a long time, the overall conical structure is stable, without cracking, bending, or collapse problems, and the folding strength meets the standards.

3.Durability of folding test: After repeatedly folding and shaping many times, there is no damage at the folding position, the assembly is smooth, and it can stably maintain the overall shape.

4.Material safety test: Our Cone Fries Paper Packaging Box has passed the food contact safety test, without fluorescent agents or residual harmful inks, and is suitable for direct heating food packaging.

5.Degradation compliance test: The original biodegradable paper material can meet the mainstream regional environmental protection packaging standards and is suitable for cross-border export of foreign trade.
